Confusing. You need to manage your projects online, so you’re considering the options, including all the Microsoft Project online options. Got the wrong thing? If you need to cancel and subscribe to something else, choose Billing Subscriptions in the Microsoft 365 admin center, choose the subscription you want. It includes Project Web App, and can, depending on your subscription, also include Project Online Desktop Client, which is a subscription version of Project Professional. It’s not complicated, and in fact, it’s easier to use than the MSP interface. But there is a workaround that can solve your problem. Unfortunately Microsoft Project, also known as MS Project, wasn’t designed for Mac computers, so it won’t work on any version of Mac OS.
